At this special & exclusive HSA event, each class prepares a formal meal based on a historical period corresponding to what they are studying. Our panel of judges help determine the winner!
Judges will have a chance to learn from students of competing classes about the historical significance of their dishes, enjoy an array of different tastes and presentations from various cultures & periods, and maybe even take a meal of their favorite historical food home with them afterwards!
